A Todd County man convicted of Abusive Sexual Contact With a Child has received his punishment from a federal U.S. District Court judge. Conrad Good Voice, Jr., age 27, was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison, followed by seven years of supervised release.
The conviction stemmed from conduct that occurred between March 1, 2019, and March 1, 2021, in Todd County. On more than one occasion during that period, Good Voice engaged in sexual contact with the child victim, who was then between the ages of seven and nine years old.
This case was investigated by the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Law Enforcement Services and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
