Reported Offenses:
On 08/08/2022 at 11:30 am, an officer was notified of possible squatters at a residence in the 1000 block of east 8th Street. The owner said the access was authorized. No action needed.
On 08/08/2022 at 5:29 pm, officers were requested to respond to the 1000 block of east highway 20 for a panic alarm. Officers found a domestic disturbance to be occurring. The issue required no police action.
On 08/10/2022 at 10:59 am, a request to check on a suspicious vehicle in the 500 block of Little’s Trailer Court was made. The vehicle was gone prior to our arrival.
On 08/11/2022 at 9:04 am, Nebraska’s Adult Protective Services requested our assistance in making contact with a citizen.
On 08/11/2022 at 11:25 am, a welfare check was requested regarding 2 juveniles. Both juveniles were found to be fine.
On 08/11/2022 at 8:40 pm, a caller reported littering on their property in the 200 block of east B Street. A suspect was identified.
On 08/13/2022 at 1:09 am, an officer responded to the 200 block of east 5th Street for a domestic disturbance. No action was needed.
On 08/13/2022 at 12:38 am, an officer responded to a report of indecent exposure. The subject was not located.
On 08/13/2022 at 6:01 pm, an officer responded to the 600 block of east highway 20 for a theft of services report. The suspect was located and returned to the business to make arrangements for payment.
On 08/13/2022 at 7:21 pm, officers responded to the 900 block of east 9th Street for a domestic disturbance. The incident didn’t require police action.
Incident/Arrests:
On 08/11/2022 at 0207 am, an officer conducted a traffic stop at 1st and Hall Streets. A 22 year old Valentine woman was arrested on suspicion of operating her vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
