There will be a free informational event, “Managing Grief and Loss”, on Friday June 10th, at 4:30 pm CT at Mid-Plains Community College, 715 East Hwy 20 in Valentine, and at 6:30 MT / 7:30 CT at the Nenzel Community Center in Nenzel, NE. Dr. Russ Seger, pastor and mental health provider specializing in grief and trauma, will speak about dealing with loss and managing grief. Mental health providers will be on hand to talk.
