The Valentine Police Department Week in Review:
January 23 – 29, 2022
On 01/24/2022 at 10:17 pm, an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of west 3rd Street. A 28 year old South Dakota man was cited for no operator’s license and drug offenses.
On 01/25/2022 at 1:15 pm, an officer received a report of fraud. A juvenile Valentine man was cited for the fraudulent use of a financial transaction device.
On 01/26/2022 at 3:30 pm, officers responded to the 300 block of west 4th Street for a domestic disturbance in progress. A 24 year old man from Valentine, who was involved in the incident, left the area. All information will be forwarded to the Cherry County Attorney for review.
Officers responded to 92 calls for service this week.
