The Cherry County Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at 3:00 PM in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room of the Cherry County Courthouse located at 365 N Main St. Valentine, NE 69201.
The purpose of this meeting is discussion and action regarding waving the bidding requirements of the County Purchasing Act if such waiver is necessary to meet an emergency which threatens serious loss of life, health, or property in the county as it pertains to Structure C001612610 P and discussion and action regarding Plat of Survey Approval and Acceptance – Replat of Lot 1 Spring Creek Addition in Sections 27 and 28, and Lots 3, 4, and 5, Spring Creek Addition in Section 21, T34N, R27W of the 6th P.M., Cherry County, Nebraska.
