The Valentine Police Department Week in Review:
September 19 – 25, 2021
On 09/19/2021 at 2:25 am, an officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersections of 4th and Main Streets. A 19 year old Wyoming man was arrested on suspicion of operating his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
On 09/20/2021 at 3:56 pm, an officer arrested a 19 year old Valentine woman on an active Cherry County warrant.
On 09/21/2021 at 12:30 am, a 34 year old Valentine man with an active Cherry warrant turned himself in.
09/24/2021 at 12:30 am, an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of west highway 20. A 44 year old South Dakota man and a 22 year old South Dakota woman were arrested for drug violations and providing false information. The woman was also charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Officers responded to 135 calls for service.
