Valentine Police Department Report for August 22 – 28, 2021
On 08/22/2021 at 3:19 am, an officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of highway 20 and highway 97.
A Valentine juvenile was arrested on suspicion of operating his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
On 08/28/2021 at 2:11 pm, an officer was requested to respond to the 200 block of south Hall Street in regards to an assault.
All information has been forwarded to the Cherry County Attorney for review.
On 08/28/2021 at 10:09 pm, an officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of 4th and Main Streets.
A 35 year old South Dakota man was arrested on suspicion of operating his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
Officers responded to 93 calls for service this week.
