Cherry County Fair always starts off with a “bang”! The 4-H trap shoot competition was held at Cody Trap Club Friday, August 6. Toby Heinert, Tyler Peterson and Mike Murphy are 4-H certified trap instructors for Cherry County. Results are as follows:
Intermediate Division
Champion (by a tie-breaker shoot-off) – Jackson Fleagle
Reserve Champion – Matthew Prewitt
Purple – Traper Schied
Blues – Ayden Naslund, James Sexson
Senior Division
Champion – Dylan Naslund
Reserve Champion – Cooper Pitkin
Purple – Rylie Sexson
Blues – Gracey Taylor, Thane Taylor, Tanner Olsen
