July 11 – 17, 2021
On 07/11/2021 at 3:45 am, officers responded to the 200 block of north Western Street for a report of a break in. A 26 year old South Dakota man was cited for criminal mischief.
On 07/13/2021 at 11:05 pm, officers responded to an unresponsive male in the 100 block of west highway 20. A 25 year old Valentine man was arrested on suspicion of operating his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
On 07/14/2021 at 9:10 am, a 20 year old Valentine man was arrested on an active Cherry County warrant.
On 07/15/2021 at 2:40 pm, an officer responded to the 200 block of east highway 20 for a drug violation. Officers have requested assistance from the U. S. Postal Inspector for this investigation.
On 07/16/2021 at 12:24 am, an officer conducted a traffic stop near B and Main Street. A 27 year old South Dakota man was arrested on suspicion of operating his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
On 07/16/2021 at 2:54 am, a 39 year old Valentine man was arrested on an active Rock County warrant.
On 07/16/2021 an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of east highway 20. A 42 year old South Dakota man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
On 07/17/2021 an officer conducted a traffic stop near 2nd and Cherry streets. A 22 year old South Dakota man was arrested on suspicion of operating his vehicle while under the influence of drugs.
