Several Badger athletes attended the invite-only Norfolk Track Classic on Thursday, April 29th, 2021, taking home hardware and personal best times. Izzy Salters placed 2nd in the long jump, 4th in the 100 m and 3rd in the 200 m. Nick Sherbeyn placed 5th in the 200 m and 3rd in the 400 m. Kenny Shelbourn placed 7th in the long jump and 3rd in the triple jump. Jack Lancaster placed 9th in the 1600 m and set a personal best time. Kailee Kellum was unable to attend due to illness, but qualified in the high jump with a jump of 5′.
