North Central District Health Department (NCDHD) has been made aware of 7 new COVID-19 cases in the district since last reporting period on March 18th. 0- Brown, 3-Cherry, 0-Keya Paha, 0-Rock. NCDHD still encourages district residents to continue to wear your mask in public places or where social distancing is difficult.

An update of the district vaccinations administered :

* 16,622 vaccinations administered.

* 10,432 1st doses in series administered.

* 6,190 2nd doses in series administered.

* 18.24% of the population 16 and older completing
vaccination series.

NCDHD is moving into Phase 2A for 50- 64-year-olds. To be called for an appointment time NCDHD asks that residents register at vaccinate.ne.gov.

NCDHD will be accepting walk-ins at the Ainsworth clinic this week. To qualify as a walk-in, you must be 50+ and reside in the district.
