North Central District Health Department (NCDHD) has been made aware of 12 new COVID-19 cases in the district since last reporting period on 3/15/2021: 0-Antelope, 0-Boyd, 2- Brown, 4-Cherry, 0-Holt, 0-Keya Paha, 3-Knox, 1-Pierce, 2-Rock. NCDHD still encourages district residents to continue to wear your mask in public places or where social distancing is difficult as well as practice social distancing while out in public.
NCDHD is pleased to report 162 recoveries since last reporting period. Antelope – 27, Boyd – 5, Brown – 13, Cherry – 14, Holt – 33, Keya Paha – 2, Knox – 46, Pierce – 20, Rock – 2.
Beginning 3/22/2021 Test Nebraska Clinics will only be held in O’Neill on Monday’s from 8:30 AM -10:30 AM at the O’Neill Armory. Please enter the clinic through the alley South of the Armory.

- 9,969 1st doses in series administered.
- 6,075 2nd doses in series administered.
- 17.88% of the population 16 and older completing vaccination series.
NCDHD is moving into Phase 2A for 50- 64-year-olds. To be called for an appointment time NCDHD asks that residents register at vaccinate.ne.gov. NCDHD will still work to vaccinate those 65+ and those identified as prioritized groups. Clinics are scheduled and calls are made to schedule registered residents for vaccination appointments as quickly as vaccine can come into the office. NCDHD appreciates the patience of our district as we work to get vaccine out to our communities as quickly as possible.
