On 07/07/20 at 8:08 pm, an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of east highway 20. Following an investigation, a 39 year old woman and 41 year old man, both from Minnesota, were arrested on multiple drug charges.
On 07/09/20 at 3:21 am, an officer was requested to respond to the 200 block of north Macomb Street in regards to a trespassing incident. All information has been forwarded to the Cherry County Attorney for review.
On 07/09/20 at 10:00 pm, an officer was requested to respond to the 1100 block of east 9th Street in regards to terroristic threats. All information has been forwarded to the Cherry County Attorney for review.
On 07/11/20 at 12:45 pm, an officer was requested to respond to the 200 block of north Hall Street in regards to criminal trespassing and terroristic threats. At 0130 am that morning, officers had also been contacted regarding a theft and criminal trespassing in the 200 block of Howe Street. A 22 year old Valentine woman was arrested in connection to both incidents.
Officers responded to 145 calls for service this week.
