Valentine Police Department Week in Review:
May 24-30, 2020
On 05/24/20 at 7:43 pm, Officers were called to the 700 block of east highway 20 in regards to a shoplifter. Upon arrival, officers found that the suspects had fled the area but not before assaulting an employee. Suspect identification is being sought.
On 05/24/20 at 11:17 pm, Officers were called to the 200 block of east 2nd Street in regards to a disturbance. Following an investigation, a 25 year old Valentine woman was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 05/25/20 at 11:25 pm, Officers responded to the 300 block of north Wood Street in response to a disturbance. A 35 year old Valentine woman was arrested for disturbing the peace.
Officers responded to 126 calls for service this week.
