Update since news release: Lockdown restrictions ended on May 11, 2020 at 3 pm CT.

Pursuant to Resolution 2020-75, Rosebud Tribal President Rodney M. Bordeaux declared that there will be an immediate lockdown in the Spring Creek Community. This is a safety precaution due to high exposure in the community. Bordeaux reminded residents that it is possible to carry this virus and not have any symptoms. This is what makes the COVID-19 so dangerous.

They will have law enforcement officers and others stationed at the roads coming into the Spring Creek community. No one will be allowed in or out of the community.

If anyone in the community has a need for food or essential medication, call Spring Creek Community President Pam Kills in Water at 605-515-1364, then she will assist you in getting the supplies that you need.

If you feel symptomatic, then call IHS and they will determine if you need a test.
