RST Extended Closure
With COVID-19 still a major concern, the Rosebud Sioux Tribe will continue to protect our employees and our RST Members, President Rodney M. Bordeaux has extended the closure of RST Offices with the exception of essential staff until May 29, 2020.
The Directors have been identified on this revised list as essential, and will be required to wear RST Employee badges with “Essential Employee” written on the badge. You can purchase the ID’s from Enrollment at a cost of $25.00 per ID, and this will come out of program funds justified as a COVID-19 requirement.
It is the Director’s responsibility to update staff as we go forward.

On April 22nd, during the regularly scheduled Rosebud Sioux Tribal Council meeting, a motion by Russell Eagle Bear to ban alcohol on the reservation during this State of Emergency was passed with 14 voting in favor, 0 opposed and 1 abstaining.
