All Cherry County registered voters will be receiving mail ballots for this spring’s election. The election date is May 12th. Ballots should be mailed out to residents on April 20th and voters should have them within a few days after. If you do not received your ballot within a few days after the 20th, please check with the clerk’s office. There will be no voting at the fairgrounds for Valentine voters. Ballots must be returned to the courthouse by 8pm on May 12th. Ballots received after the close of polls will not be counted.
Voter registration can be done online until April 27th and mail in or drop off can be done until May first.
