The 90th National FFA Convention took place in Indianapolis this past week. James Battershaw and Cade Adamson received 6th out of the 12 National Finalists with their agriscience fair project in the Power, Structural, and Technical Systems category.
21 students from Valentine traveled with Cody-Kilgore and Sandhills. Along the way, they made stops at Dixon County Feeders, Palmer Candy, and John Deere before arriving at the 90th National FFA Convention in Indianapolis. There were over 67,000 FFA members registered for the conference this year making it the largest ever. While in Indy, they toured the Indy Motor Speedway and Subaru of America.
