No travel is being advised in North Central Nebraska and South Central South Dakota as of Saturday morning, and because of unsafe travel conditions, the Parade of Lights Committee decided to cancel the Parade of Lights that was scheduled for today (11/30/19) at 6 pm. The Valentine Chamber will hold their punch card drawing on Monday 12/2/19 and the winner will automatically receive the full $600 prize.
