Twilla Delany, age 51 of White River, SD, passed away on Monday, March 25, 2013 at Winner Regional Hospital.  Wake and Funeral Service is Thursday, March 28th from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the SGU Multipurpose Building in Mission, SD.  Cremation following with private family interment at a later date.  Survivors include: Husband- Jim Delany of White River, SD.  Daughter- Alicia Whipple of Sacramento, CA.

Jasann DuBray, age 8, of Parmelee, SD, passed away in Rapid City, SD, on Saturday, March 23, 2013.  Funeral service is at 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 30th at St. Agnes Hall in Parmelee.  Burial at Two Eagle Cemetery, Upper Cut Meat, SD.  Survivors include: Parents-  Lisa and Thad Richard and Marvin DuBray ,Sr.  Siblings- Taeler & Jaylen Snowball and Grace, Marvin Jr. and Altine DuBray.

Louis Monroe, age 85, of Valentine, NE, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2013, at Pine View Good Samaritan Center in Valentine.  There will be no viewing.  Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 28th at the Assembly of God Church in Valentine.  Survivors include: Wife- Pansy Monroe of Valentine, Ne.  Daughters- Pam Ward of Valentine, NE and Sandy Cox of Valentine, NE.  Son- Ron Monroe of Valentine, NE.  Sisters- Laverle Schmidt of Denver, CO ad Lorraine Gillespie of Las Vegas, NV.
