On June 20, 2017 the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Law Enforcement Services responded to the Break in in the Antelope Community. It was reported that a large amount of US currency was unlawfully taken from the business.
On June 21, 2017 the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Law Enforcement Services arrested an adult male. In the investigation information was provided that solved the case and led to the arrest and identification of the other persons involved. The Rosebud Sioux Tribe Law Enforcement Services arrested one adult male, two juvenile males, and two adult females. The adult females were the parents of the juveniles and they were arrested because their minor child was out past curfew unsupervised participating in unlawful acts.
The Rosebud Sioux Tribe Law Enforcement Services will continue to arrest parents/guardians if their child is out past curfew unsupervised involved in unlawful acts.
