The Cherry County Attorney’s Office is seeking information from the public, leading to the apprehension and arrest of Jessica L. Otte.
Otte, age 42, formerly of Valentine has active Cherry County Warrants for both Theft and Issuing Bad Checks. Otte was released on bond when she failed to appear at her July 24, 2017 court date.
